Program Overview

The overall aim of the Master of Psychology in the Clinical Psychology programme is to equip students with the necessary psychological knowledge, values, attitudes and skills required to practise as clinical psychologists. This is done firstly through taught units on the theories and research on the promotion of health and wellbeing, development and learning of all children, young people, adults and older adults, and on relevant prevention, assessment and intervention strategies.
