Program Overview

The Master s in Chemistry is inseparably linked to the Institute for Molecules and Materials (IMM). Unlike most other institutes, IMM combines the fields of chemistry, biology and physics to examine the properties of molecules. This interdisciplinary approach results in cutting-edge research: think of nanocapsules for targeted drug transport, liquid crystals for flexible displays or NMR and laser experiments showing exact 3D molecular structures. In your Master s, you ll take part in one of the IMM research groups, under the personal guidance of a top-level researcher.

Additional Information & Requirements

Should have ompleted Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, An equivalent Chemistry-related programme, degree has to be equivalent to a Dutch university diploma. The Examination Board will determine if an international student has the required knowledge to be admitted, A proficiency in English, you need to have fluency in both written and spoken English. Non-native speakers of English without a Dutch Bachelor's degree or VWO diploma need one of the following:A TOEFL score of >575 (paper based) or >90 (internet based), An IELTS score of 6.5.
