All Marine Science postgraduate programmes are open to students from a wide range of science backgrounds, including Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Geology. Some training in Mathematics and Statistics is required. The normal minimum prerequisite for the Master of Science and Postgraduate Diploma courses is a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent. Both Master of Science (MSc) and Postgraduate Diploma programmes take a multidisciplinary approach to the study of Marine Science.
A bachelor's degree, or a first-class or upper second-class honours degree in the same area of study, or a related discipline, as your intended area of research, academic transcripts, ECE, and proof of identity, A detailed research proposal, An up-to date CV, IELTS of 6.5 in the academic module (with no individual band below 6.0), TOEFL ibT of 95 with a minimum writing score of 22, CAE/CPE of 176, (PTE) Academicof 64 with no communicative skills score below 57, EPAP Grade C or higher.
