The Master of Gastronomy programme of study and research enables graduates to apply learned knowledge, cognisant of gastronomy's historical roots that are integrated throughout the programme's suite of papers.Pedagogical links are promoted within a learning and knowledge building nexus with six prescribed papers (including a methodology paper), as well as completing a choice of capstone paper, either the Gastronomy and Material Culture Project or Dissertation.
In order to be admitted to the Master of Gastronomy an applicant must have completed a bachelor's degree with a minimum of a B grade average or higher in papers at Level 7 or equivalent.In exceptional circumstances an applicant who does not meet the requirements above, but who has an appropriate combination of academic and professional experience may be considered for admission.
