Program Overview

If you wish to become a practising architect, you must complete the MArch(Prof) programme or one of our associated combined masters programmes (followed by additional requirements from the registration boards). The MArch(Prof) is professionally accredited, recognised by the New Zealand Registered Architects Board (NZRAB), the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) and the Commonwealth Association of Architects (CAA). Following a year of advanced study, you will have the chance to explore an individual architectural design proposition, supported by a strong theoretical component, in a design thesis.

Personal Statement, High School Transcript, You must have completed a bachelors degree in Architecture or Design with atleast 4.0 GPE from a recognised university (or similar institution), Atleast 6.5 IELTS Academic 240 points of Research, Portfolio, CV or Resume.
