Program Overview

Biochemistry combines the molecular approach of chemistry with the breadth and diversity of biology. Very much a laboratory science, it explores, unravels and explains every aspect of the structure and function of all living things at the molecular level. Biochemistry continues to advance our understanding of how cells are constructed, how they function and communicate with each other, how genetic information is stored, expressed and passed on to the next generation and how all of the cell's chemistry is co-ordinated and controlled.

A bachelor's degree, or a first-class or upper second-class honours degree in the same area of study, or a related discipline, as your intended area of research, academic transcripts, ECE, and proof of identity, A detailed research proposal, An up-to date CV, IELTS of 6.5 in the academic module (with no individual band below 6.0), TOEFL ibT of 95 with a minimum writing score of 22, CAE/CPE of 176, (PTE) Academicof 64 with no communicative skills score below 57, EPAP Grade C or higher.
