Program Overview

The Master of International Studies (MIntSt) degree requires at least twelve months of full-time study, or the equivalent in part-time study, and entails an intensive programme of postgraduate coursework and research in the multi-disciplinary field of International Studies. The aim is to develop in candidates the analytical skills and knowledge essential to understanding the contemporary world. This degree may prepare candidates for leadership roles in professions that require international expertise: diplomacy, the public service, teaching, journalism or business. It can also serve as a foundation qualification for graduates interested in advancing to the PhD.

A bachelor's degree, or a first-class or upper second-class honours degree in the same area of study, or a related discipline, as your intended area of research, academic transcripts, ECE, and proof of identity, A detailed research proposal, An up-to date CV, IELTS of 6.5 in the academic module (with no individual band below 6.0), TOEFL ibT of 95 with a minimum writing score of 22, CAE/CPE of 176, (PTE) Academicof 64 with no communicative skills score below 57, EPAP Grade C or higher.
