You immerse yourself in literature and literature theory and work independently on issues related to a text, genre, authorship or literary history and literature theory. You study literature from different eras and cultures, gain insight into literature theory and the history of the subject, and do a larger independent work on a master's thesis on a self-chosen topic. In this way, you will gain specialized knowledge in a limited field of study, and you will learn to analyze, structure and communicate comprehensive and complex topics
