You will get acquainted with modern methods of development and production technologies of various categories of food, legislation and regulation in the field of the food industry, the basics of nutrition, approaches to the formation of the diet, the principles of quality control and food safety. The program includes disciplines useful both for a future employee of a food company and for a researcher-developer of food technologies, ingredients, new products and product categories. Upon graduation, you will be able to work in various sectors of FoodTech: in a food manufacturing company, in retail, in a start-up, marketing and other related areas related to food. For example, in such companies as Valio, Bush, Danone, Heineken, Unilever.
