In the process of studying under this program, students receive the knowledge and skills necessary for their professional activities in the field of real estate management, legal and methodological support for the integrated development of urban areas, modern technologies for land management and cadastral work, and the creation of cadastral databases. Students acquire theoretical knowledge, and also have practical experience in carrying out mass cadastral valuation of land plots and other real estate, price zoning of territories of settlements. The training program is aimed at developing independent research skills by selecting and analyzing scientific publications by students on key issues in the subject area of land management and cadastre, preparing reports for seminars and articles.
