Program Overview

In the course of studying under this program, students study in depth the thermophysical foundations of high-temperature metallurgical processes, information technologies for controlling these processes, the design of metallurgical furnaces for the processing of mineral natural and technogenic raw materials of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the principles of designing furnaces, modeling and optimization of pyrometallurgical processes and the prospects for the development of thermal units metallurgical production. They are trained to independently solve professional problems in research, production and teaching activities.
