"In the process of studying under this program, undergraduates gain knowledge and skills in modeling hydrodynamic inflow processes in the ""reservoir-well"" system; simulation of well operation processes in complicated conditions; intensification of oil production, including from reservoirs that are difficult to develop; carry out calculations of the technical and economic efficiency of geological and technical measures and projects for the exploitation of oil and gas fields for various geological conditions; improve and develop methods for analyzing information on technological processes and the operation of technical devices in the field of oil and gas production, field control and regulation of hydrocarbon recovery on land and at sea; competently select equipment for well operation in order to increase the efficiency of oil field development;"
