Program Overview

The program is suitable for students with backgrounds in both biology/medicine and computer science. A biology student will be able to master the skills of programming, data processing and analysis. The computer science student will learn to apply their knowledge to develop new computational methods and use them to solve important biological problems. Each semester, students are expected to work on a real (group or individual) research project: at the ITMO Computer Technologies Laboratory or with our partners from different universities around the world.
