The specificity of the program lies in the training of researchers and experts with the knowledge and the necessary set of professional competencies to analyze, predict and model Turkey's influence on the socio-political processes in the Greater Caucasus (North and South), where it has historically been one of the key regional actors. It also takes into account the need for the formation of practice-oriented professional competencies necessary for the formation of a state foreign policy strategy in relation to Turkey and the countries of the South Caucasus, the development of intercultural communication in the Caucasian macroregion, the conduct of professional expertise of cooperation in the business sphere between the Republic of Turkey, the countries and regions of the Caucasus, the provision of international , national and regional security,
