Program Overview

Students will be encouraged to explore the latest cutting-edge theoretical concepts in psychiatry and their relationship to clinical practice. You will also develop a broad understanding of the cultural and sociocultural differences that exist in our community and geographical region and their relationship to individuals and mental illness. This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the core and specialties of psychiatry in order to provide outstanding clinical care to patients. Graduates of the on-campus course have gone on to have highly successful clinical careers and the vast majority have gone on to become consultant psychiatrists internationally.
