Program Overview

There is growing demand for Speech and Language Pathologists in Singapore. The Master of Science (Speech and Language Pathology) is a 2-year full-time programme offered jointly by the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (SoM) and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS) under the administration of the Division of Graduate Medical Studies (DGMS). This programme, which started in January 2007, is designed for graduates from ANY discipline who are seeking professional practice training as a Speech and Language Pathologist. The Master of Science (Speech and Language Pathology) programme is an entry-level training for the profession of Speech and Language Pathology. The biennial intake typically comprises 24 candidates and includes mid-career graduates with relevant work experience, as well as some overseas candidates. Students will graduate with a Master of Science (Speech and Language Pathology) degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
