The Master programme is aimed at attracting the top students from Asia and beyond, and training them to engage in frontier research in economics. A good honors degree (second class or above) in Economics is required for admission to the Master programme. Students with a good honors degree (first class or second upper) in other fields with good quantitative background, such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, operations research, etc, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
