This Master, with a workload of 60 ECTS, is intended for graduates from different degrees (Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, etc.). Students receive advanced training in the fields of Quality (composition, analysis, control, regulations and legislation) and Food Technology (design, preparation, processing, and preservation) with the aim of becoming professionals in the food industry or start a research career.
