The Master of Physical and Forensic Anthropology is a natural continuity of a postgraduate specialization teaching work that, in this particular field of Biomedical and Biological Sciences, has been carried out by this university without interruption for twenty-five years. Since 1984 complete doctoral programs have been taught in Physical Anthropology and Human Evolution, which as of 2006 became a Master with the same current title.
