Program Overview

CITIUS provides recent graduates, independently of their degree or university of origin, with the opportunity to gain familiarity with the working procedures of important companies, to join their staff and to thereby become integrated members of the workforce, broadening their university training. The objective is to provide the student with the tools that allow him to incorporate into the company his/her knowledge with beneficit for both parties. To the extent that this objective is reached, it can aspired to manage efficiently and satisfactorily a team of people (unit or department) according to criteria of economic viability and quality.
