Program Overview

Consumer behavior and the evolution of consumption determine production and is the basis on which supply is organized in the economy. The strategy of organizations has in the study, analysis and modeling of consumer behavior one of the basic pillars on which it is formulated. By conditioning the supply, consumer behavior is also a determining factor in the evolution of employment, in the perception of well-being and quality of life and in consumer satisfaction. In short, it has implications, and diverse and evident manifestations, from the social, economic and environmental point of view. On the other hand, the commercial structure, the distribution system and the distribution channels have undergone major transformations in recent times.
