Program Overview

The training in the different areas that is acquired with this Master, complements the preparation of the opponent who will attend any of the positions of the Public Employment Offers of any of the Public Administrations. On the other hand, and aimed at the other group, the public employee requires more and more a continuous training update due to the different modernization processes that public administrations undergo at their different levels of government (central, regional and local), as well as to the greater decentralization demanded from the citizenship for the improvement in the provision of services to the citizen. The EU itself requires constant training, preparation, and acquisition of skills from public employees to achieve good governance or governance practices.
