The subjects covered in this title receive little attention in the current degree titles, since they are advanced contents. However, the interest of the proposed title is increasing every day, given the growing demand for structural quality in relation to vibrations, deformations, its seismic behavior, both in new construction and in maintenance, repair, renovation and reconditioning of existing structures . Likewise, from the scientific point of view, this area of knowledge is in continuous development, since there are still serious gaps both in the theoretical foundations, but even more so in the practical methodologies to be applied in some of the problems to which this title is oriented.
