The UAB Master's Degree in Journalism and Innovation in Digital Contents responds to the needs in technological innovation of journalism and communication firms immersed in the information society. The changes generated by the introduction of internet into the flow and management of information and the ever increasingly successful insertion of production devices for daily life contents in communication media have given way to numerous studies on the use of technological tools by journalists, especially for online contents, on the role of new processes of creating information when writing news, on the business model of newspaper firms and on the positioning of new journalistic products on the market.
