The Master s degree in Digital Strategy and Creativity is a pioneering course for professionals in the advertising sector for the use of digital communication tools in online projects and other innovative media. This course was first offered in 1997 as a postgraduate diploma. In the past 20 years over 300 students have experienced this mean of communication which has continued to develop and become an essential tool for anyone involved in communication today. During the first year (leading to the postgraduate diploma) the aim is to give students an overview of the type of tools available to them in a digital context as well as the way in which they can be used for quality communication by a brand, whether it be working in that brand s communication department, in an agency, or as a consultant. In the second year (leading to the Master s degree) students are given the tools and knowledge required to carry out more detailed research in one of the areas in which they hope to specialise professionally.
