This master's degree is the response to a demand from dermatologists to be able to rotate through the Dermatology Service of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (HSCSP) in order to learn more about pediatric dermatology. The fact is that pediatric dermatology could easily be considered a sub-specialty of dermatology, as in many countries, and training in this area is not available in many dermatology services that only deal with adult patients. The Master's Degree in Advanced Pediatric Dermatology is a one-year postgraduate programme. It is aimed at dermatologists.
