Program Overview

Ophthalmology is the medical specialty which is responsible for the treatment of eye diseases. In the subspecialty of pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus, its purpose includes the diagnosis of pediatric ophthalmology disorders and strabismus through several tests. Certain pediatric ophthalmology diseases require the application of a drug, this is the case infectious and inflammatory processes. In other cases they may require surgery. Program for doctors and ophthalmologists with some experience interested in acquiring expertise in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. Those selected will participate in both theoretical and practical in daily practice: evidence for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the current studies.
