Program Overview

Ophthalmology is the medical specialty which is responsible for the treatment of eye diseases. In the subspecialty of Cornea and Refractive Surgery, its purpose includes the diagnosis of disorders and diseases of of the ocular surfacethrough several tests. Some pathologies of the cornea require the application of a drug, this is the case of infectious and inflammatory processes. In other cases they may require surgery. Program designed for doctors and ophthalmologists with some experience interested in acquiring expertise in Cornea and Refractive Surgery. Those selected will participate in both theoretical and practical in daily practice: evidence for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the current studies.
