Program Overview

Since 2009-2010, the university master's degree in Enterprise Law has provided a holistic, multidisciplinary vision of the legal framework governing business economics. In this period it has had a large number of students, which shows there is great interest in business law. The programme caters to the needs of researchers and academics and, at the same time, professionals working in the business law field. The master's degree in Enterprise Law has become a hub connecting the departments of Private Law, Public Law and Historical-legal Sciences, Political Science and Public Law and Business Economics, along with several research groups at the UAB.
