2 Years On Campus Masters Program

University of Granada

Program Overview

The Master's Degree in Fundamental Rights from a national, supranational and global perspective, is a postgraduate degree of 60 ECTS credits (18 Master's Thesis and 42 theoretical-practical) that can be taken during an academic year (from the end of October 2016, period in which the registration period ends, until July 2017). It is framed within the branch of knowledge of Social and Legal Sciences, specifically Constitutional Law from a broad methodology that relates concepts, dogmatics and traditional constitutional guarantees with the different levels at which constitutional law is currently projected (regional, national, supranational and global). From this methodological perspective, the Master analyzes the transformations that are taking place in terms of the realization and guarantee of Rights as a consequence of the appearance of new levels of protection and the singularities of those levels.
