The program s main goal is to provide students with the essential tools for them to become outstanding research scientists in their field of choice. If you re interested in pursuing a research career, you are encouraged to start with a Masters program (and eventually in a PhD) and therefore, this degree does provide the education needed for you to gain experience in high-energy physics, astrophysics and cosmology, initiate research collaborations with scientists all over the world and, essentially, learn how to do independent research.
