The Design and Construction Project Management, DCPM, programme aims at preparing technically qualified engineer students to the integrated management of the construction processes. It gives the students an advanced understanding of construction management by providing necessary tools, methods and theories relevant for the discipline and the practitioners as well as their application across the various phases of project. The programme is designed to cover the entire construction process, such as early stages, design, construction production and facilities management. It presents an understanding of the sector complexity and the diversity of participating actors and stakeholders as well as their role in the process within the unique project-base environment of the industry.

Bachelor's degree with a major in: Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Architecture and Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Surveying or Industrial Engineering and Management , Certificates and diplomas from previous university studies , Transcripts of completed courses and grades, Proof of English language skills, CV, Project portfolio, Letter of (intent) motivation, Relevant work experience (optional), Letters of recommendation (optional), CGPA (optional), IELTS Academic of an overall mark of 6.5 and no section below 5.5, TOEFL ibT score of 4.5 (scale 1-6) in written test, total score of 575, MELAB of 90, PTE Academic of 62 (writing 61), C1 Advanced (CAE), Cambridge English: Advanced (Certificate in Advanced English), or Cambridge ESOL Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International, Level C1
