Program Overview

The Master Programme in Biology, specialising in Immunology and Microbiology, focuses on how the immune system discovers and removes pathogenic bacteria, viruses and parasites. Included in this specialisation are studies in infection biology, as well as investigations of mechanisms at the cellular and molecular levels. For instance, we study what happens when the immune system overreacts and allergies or autoimmunity arise.

A Bachelor's degree, equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen, from an internationally recognised university. 40 weeks of full-time studies (60 credits) in biology; and 20 weeks of full-time studies (30 credits) in chemistry.IELTS of 6.5 and no section below 5.5. TOEFL (Paper-based) Score of 575 and TOEFL (Internet-based) Score of 90.
