Program Overview

Jurisprudence is devoted to the norms of behavior governing interpersonal and inter-state relations that can be enforced by public power. They form the basis for the social mediation of conflicts. Business Law is the term for those areas of law that regulate companies, entrepreneurs, employees, customers, etc. as well as their relationships with each other and with each other. Business law includes, in particular, corporate, tax, contract, labor and intellectual property law. In addition, banking law, stock exchange law and social security law are added. The students are taught basic legal knowledge in general business law, in particular to form a bridge to the Bachelor's degree.
