Program Overview

The development of microelectronics is mainly engaged in the research and development of semiconductor material components, the development of novel high-speed microwave components, systems and optoelectronic technology. In the future, microwave components, photovoltaic components, VLSI components, high-accumulation density integrated circuits, functional optical integrated circuit systems, Large-area display panel, optical integrated circuit for communication, micro-integrated circuit, high-speed and negative differential resistance components, electronic assembly technology, quantum component design and development, carbonization, high-temperature and high-power component development.
