The mission of the program is to train and improve the quality of the next generation of faculty and researchers with expertise in the field of Cell Biology and Anatomy in order to enhance the standards of medical education; to expand the research in the fields of Cell Biology and Anatomy, and Neuroscience, and thus elevating the national quality of research in those fields; to provide medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, and agricultural expertise to the research and biotechnology community and to provide a track upon which teachers and technologists can improve their knowledge and skills.
