Program Overview

Study of main concepts in business and in-depth strategic and technical study of real estate development business, such as project management, valuation, feasibility study, investment and development, etc. The strength of this program, which is the first in Thailand, is the integration of knowledge in all fields in the real estate business. Some of the courses are conducted in English by foreign businesspeople and experts to keep students up-to-date in the changes in the global real estate market and also to enable them to see new opportunities in foreign markets.

Complete the application form; Bachelor Degree or equivalent; English proficiency score: IELTS (Academic): Overall band 6 and above , TOEFL: IBT (Internet based-test): minimum score of 61 , CBT (Computer-based test) minimum score of 173, PBT (Paper-based test): minimum score of 500; A completed statement of purpose; Experience of overseas study or exchange programme in an English-speaking country (desirable); Work experience (optional); Certificate of awards, academic and volunteer activities, creative works, or special talents.A two-inch photograph;A copy of valid personal Identification Card or Passport ; Official Transcript (For those whose transcript is not in English; Official score report of the English Proficiency Test (TU-GET/ IELTS/ TOEFL/ SAT); A completed Statement of Purpose (350-500 words); Reference Letter (optional).
