This course helps in training in applied economics, marketing and quantitative and qualitative research techniques. You will cover economic and marketing aspects of food including consumers' food choice decisions, globalisation in food retailing and manufacturing and its impacts, and policy issues as they relate to international trade, competition, food safety and diets and health.
A good undergraduate honours degree (2:1 or above), or equivalent from a university outside the UK, in relevant subject. IELTS 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).
