Clients include multinational corporations and residential property owners all over the world. On this commercially orientated course you will network with industry contacts and learn from sector experts through live projects and field trips. You will benefit from the professional knowledge and experience of RICS chartered lecturers as you develop the skills to acquire, develop, manage, value and dispose of property and land for clients across the globe.
A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent*), GPA of 2.8* or above, 55% (52% from Delhi/Mumbai/Pune Universities)
