This fast-track conversion course combines academic excellence with the explicit development of the transferable skills essential for a career in real estate whether in the private or public sectors, in the UK or internationally. There are a number of course units common to the MSc Real Estate Asset Management and MSc Real Estate Development that provide a sound grounding in real estate from the perspectives of investor, developer, occupier and the broader society. You then follow specific course units, depending on the specialist route chosen, with the ability to choose further optional units to reflect your own particular interests.
