The Confronting Grand Challenges module (BST905) lets you choose a strategic issue that excites you — from sustainability to digital transformation — and create practical solutions.
The Accelerator Project (BST906) brings everything together as you work with a real client on a real business problem, sharpening your problem-solving and project management skills.
Throughout the program, the Leadership Development Programme and modules like Creativity, Innovation and Venturing (BST909) and Leading with Purpose (BST910) will help you build confidence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to inspire change.
You’ll finish the year with a capstone crisis simulation, testing all your skills in a high-pressure, multi-stakeholder scenario — a true test of your readiness to lead in the real world.
