To be considered for admission to this program, all applicants must meet the following requirements: Have significant work experience (at least 5 years) in a paid or unpaid work environment and currently be employed, demonstrating a level of independence and advocacy in their work. While previous experience of higher education is not mandatory, a first degree in a relevant subject area, a relevant postgraduate qualification, or full membership of a professional body can also serve as paths into the program. Additionally, applicants should: Possess a wide range of experience in their professional field, with significant accomplishments and contributions to organizational goals that can be demonstrated. Have taken an active role in their own professional development and can provide evidence of learning activities (both formal and informal) that have contributed to their ongoing professional growth. Have experience managing people and/or projects within their area of responsibility. Demonstrate critical thinking abilities and written and oral communication skills that reflect their ability to meet level 7 assessment criteria.
