Curriculum Structure
Year of Study (1 year full-time)
In the first trimester, you’ll build a strong foundation with Academic and Digital Skills for Professionals, which equips you with the tools to succeed in postgraduate study and the modern workplace. People Development and Leadership introduces you to managing teams effectively and understanding organisational behaviour, while Strategy and Decision Making helps you make smart business choices using strategic and economic insights.
During the second trimester, the focus shifts to applying what you’ve learned. In Practical Data Analysis for Business, you’ll learn how to interpret data to inform decisions. Marketing Innovation encourages creative thinking for driving business growth, and Financial Management for Organisational Performance gives you the confidence to manage budgets, resources, and financial strategies effectively.
In the final trimester, Sustainable and Transformative Operations Management shows you how to run operations efficiently while keeping sustainability in mind. You’ll also complete a Major Project, either research-based or placement-focused, giving you hands-on experience solving a real business challenge.
Focus areas: “Business strategy & decision-making, leadership and people management, data-driven business analysis, marketing & innovation, financial management, sustainable operations, practical research or placement-based project.”
Learning outcomes: “Develop a holistic understanding of business, strengthen leadership and decision-making skills, analyse data to make informed business choices, manage finances and marketing strategies, run operations sustainably, and complete a major project demonstrating practical business expertise.”
Professional alignment (accreditation): You’ll graduate with a CMI Level 7 Strategic Management & Leadership Practice Diploma, plus affiliate CMI membership, giving you recognised professional credentials and access to a global network of managers.

Further Academic Progression:
If you decide to continue your studies after the MBA, you could pursue doctoral-level programs such as a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) or a PhD in management/business. Alternatively, you could specialise further in areas like finance, entrepreneurship, or analytics, building on the strong foundation your MBA provides.
