It focuses on strategic and individual-level improvements, through assessment of the role of human resource management (HRM) in modern organisations, the issues involved in developing strategic aims (including on an international basis), employment relations, and selecting, motivating and developing staff.
At least a second-class honours degree (2:2), or equivalent, in social sciences or a business-related discipline. Management development professionals and consultants without a first degree but with suitable professional qualifications and at least five years' significant management experience in a range of organisations may be considered. International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 7.0, with not less than 6.0 in each of the sub-tests. Relevant work experience required
