Finally, Dissertation and Research Methods prepares you to undertake independent applied research, culminating in a 13,000-word dissertation or a work-based project if you choose the placement route.

Placement Route (Optional):
Students opting for the placement pathway spend their second year in a graduate-level HR role, completing a 60-credit Work-Based Project that integrates academic learning with professional practice.
