The University of NorthamptonThe Master of Arts (MA) program is intended for those who have already earned the Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Its objective is to meet the ongoing professional and personal development needs of human resource professionals. By taking this course, you can expand your knowledge and expertise, as well as improve your ability to think strategically about management and organizational change.
The program is intended to enhance your specialized knowledge, which you gained at the professional level. The Research Methods and Dissertation module is designed to give you an overview of research, different research methods, planning a research project, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting research findings.
Once you have successfully completed your research methods project, you will undertake a dissertation related to an area of strategic importance for your organization.
If you have successfully completed the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Postgraduate Diploma you will be eligible to apply for this course. English Language Requirements All International and EU students applying for a course with us must meet the following minimum English language requirements: Minimum standard – IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) for study at postgraduate level.
