The Master of Arts (MA) program is intended for those who have already earned the Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Its objective is to meet the ongoing professional and personal development needs of human resource professionals. By taking this course, you can expand your knowledge and expertise, as well as improve your ability to think strategically about management and organizational change.

The program is intended to enhance your specialized knowledge, which you gained at the professional level. The Research Methods and Dissertation module is designed to give you an overview of research, different research methods, planning a research project, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting research findings.

Once you have successfully completed your research methods project, you will undertake a dissertation related to an area of strategic importance for your organization.
