Students undertake Research Methods, gaining skills in designing research proposals, ethical approval, and methodology. This leads into the Organisational Project, where students choose between an applied mini dissertation, an organisational case analysis, or a work-based project (placement). This final stage ensures graduates can apply research and consultancy skills to real-world HR challenges.
