Students begin with HR Strategy & Practices, learning how organisations align workforce strategies with business goals in international contexts. The trimester also includes Leadership & Development, where students explore culturally appropriate leadership behaviours and design strategies for leadership development in multinational organisations.

The focus shifts to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for HR Practitioners, where students critically examine EDI interventions and their implications in global workplaces. In Organisational Design & Development, students analyse how structures and cultures evolve internationally, and how workplaces adapt to diverse worker preferences. The Technology, Data & Future of Work module introduces digital HR tools, analytics, and debates on how technology and multi-generational workforces are reshaping employment worldwide.
Trimester Three:
Students undertake Research Methods, gaining skills in designing research proposals, ethical approval, and methodology. This leads into the Organisational Project, where students choose between an applied mini dissertation, an organisational case analysis, or a work-based project (placement). This ensures graduates can apply consultancy and research skills to real-world HR challenges in international contexts.
