Curriculum Structure

Semester 1

Your first semester introduces the building blocks of advanced marketing. In Design Thinking in Marketing, you’ll learn creative problem-solving techniques by working on real “wicked problems,” iterating solutions, and putting the customer at the centre. Experiential Marketing helps you design marketing experiences that emotionally engage customers, whether in B2C or B2B contexts. Responsible Marketing focuses on ethics, sustainability, and the wider societal impact of marketing, showing you how businesses can act responsibly while achieving commercial goals.

Semester 2

The second semester focuses on strategy, analytics, and leadership. Advanced Market Research Methods & Insights teaches you both qualitative and quantitative research techniques so you can gather and interpret meaningful data. Data-Driven Marketing Strategy gives hands-on experience with real datasets, helping you make strategic decisions backed by evidence. In Global Leadership & Innovation in Marketing, you explore the role of marketing leaders, how innovation drives competitive advantage, and how to manage teams in global, ethically complex environments.

Final Project

To finish the degree, you’ll complete a 60-credit applied research project or dissertation, guided by an academic supervisor. You’ll choose a topic that interests you, whether it’s theoretical or business-applied, giving you the chance to dive deep into a real marketing challenge.
