Curriculum Structure

Year 1

Your first year helps you understand how modern organisations work and how successful leaders drive change. You’ll explore Management and Organisational Change, where you learn how people, culture and leadership shape performance, and Principles and Practice of Project Management, which gives you hands-on skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder communication. By the end of the year, you’ll feel confident managing day-to-day business decisions while understanding the bigger picture behind effective project delivery.

Year 2

In the second year, you move into the strategic side of business. Modules like Corporate Strategy and Sustainable Innovation and Global Business Economics and Finance help you understand how organisations build long-term competitive advantage, respond to global markets, and make informed financial decisions. You’ll also take Strategic Project Risk Management, where you learn how to foresee problems, evaluate risks, and protect large-scale projects from failure. The year concludes with your MBA Capstone Project, giving you the chance to tackle a real organisational challenge and showcase everything you’ve learned.
